Sherren is the newest member of the team at Direct Mortgages, working as Client Services Manager.
Having previously worked in hospitality for over 6 years, she prides herself on exceeding the customers' expectations and making sure all client's needs are met.
Sherren started her finance journey back in 2021 after purchasing her first home with her partner, and it pushes her to pursue a career in mortgage finance.
Her goal has always been to make the client’s life easier by bridging them with an efficient borrowing process regardless of the customer’s financial circumstances.
She gets a buzz from helping and guiding first home buyers to purchase their first home and also making sure they have an enjoyable experience, as purchasing your first home is quite stressful and daunting for most.
Outside of work, she enjoys trying out new restaurants and going for a walk with her dog.
