My name is Julius and I am located in the south coast region of New South Wales. I am proud to be the newest member of Direct Mortgages extending our services and expertise to my local and broader community throughout Australia.
With over 18 years of experience in finance and compliance working with reputable private and public organisations, this has taught me many valuable skills; most importantly professionalism, patience and a “people first” attitude. This combined with my regular community work as a blood donor and a volunteer for various local charity organisations, has driven my passion to be of service to others.
Growing up in an environment with little knowledge and understating of property and investing, lead me to start my property journey in my late thirties. The first few years were challenging and involved many years of saving and paying off debt until I was able to purchase my first property. This experience has taught me to be resilient, focused and to believe that anything is possible.
As a mortgage broker for Direct Mortgages, my main focus is to service and maintain an honest and open relationship with my clients. My aim is to help, educate and inspire those wanting to start and/or grow their property portfolio and to achieve their goals sooner.
