These clients range from the first home buyer to the successful property investor buying 2 or more properties. He has successfully structured complex commercial facilities, and is experienced with complex splits and combo arrangements in line with accommodating all client needs. Also offers clients after sales monitoring and customer services specialising in debt reduction and wealth creation programs – this attributing as a key factor of never having a client’s loan falter
Vince has a close rapport with lending institutions which has been developed with personal contact and is well respected by all lenders to be an honest, competent and reliable finance professional. Presently, Vince is accredited with all major lenders within the Australian market place and currently aggregates under PLAN Australia
Vince Nigro is also a tertiary qualified and accredited mortgage consultant and a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), member of the Credit Ombudsman Services Limited (COSL), and has an industry experience of over 15 years.
